General Guidelines & Eligibility Originality:
Manuscripts submitted must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere
Languages Accepted: Articles are accepted in both English and Bengali (বাংলা). Other languages are also encouraged.
Target Word Count (including notes and references): Research Papers / Review Articles: 2,000 – 4,000 words
Case Studies / Field Reports: 2,500 – 4,000 words
Book Reviews: 1,000 – 1,500 words

Structure of the Manuscript
To ensure the integrity of the double-blind peer-review process:
Title Page (Non-blinded) Complete title of the article.
Full author name(s), institutional affiliations, designations, and ORCID iDs (if available).
Name, email address, and phone number of the Corresponding Author.
Acknowledgments / Funding information (if applicable).
Abstract:
150–250 words outlining the background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
Note for Bengali submissions: Must include an English abstract and title along with the Bengali version.
Keywords: 4 to 6 keywords separated by semicolons.
References / গ্রন্থপঞ্জি : Formatted strictly according to the journal’s citation manual.
- Citation and Referencing Style Authors should follow standard academic referencing systems depending on the discipline.
- Ethical Guidelines & Plagiarism Policy Plagiarism: Any manuscript with a similarity index exceeding 10% (excluding quotes and bibliography) will be summarily rejected. Self-plagiarism must be avoided.
- Submission Checklist (For Authors) Before uploading or emailing your submission, verify that every item on this list is completed:
Abstract & Keywords Included: An abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords are included.
Bilingual Requirement Met: For articles written in Bengali, an English translation of the Title, Abstract, and Keywords is provided.
Font & Spacing Checked: 1.5 line spacing, 1-inch margins, and standard Unicode/Times New Roman fonts are used.
Visuals & Tables Prepared: Tables and figures are placed within the text where appropriate, numbered sequentially, and accompanied by captions and data source attributions.
Citations Verified: Every in-text citation matches an entry in the reference list, formatted in APA 7th or MLA 9th style. Plagiarism Self-Check Done: Similarity report reviewed to ensure originality.
